e-Services Portal

The e-Services Portal provides schools and teachers (including principals) with a reliable, secure and user-friendly web-based system for managing appointment information, teacher training records, Teacher Continuing Professional Development records and Training Needs; processing web-enrolment of training courses, and providing email services. Teachers’ data collected through the Portal may be used for various educational purposes such as data analysis and compilation of teacher statistics.

The annual updating exercise on e-Services Portal begins on 1 September every year. Teachers and schools should update and verify their information in e-Services Portal within the specified period.
